Catalog prices cover materials only. Requested formats may need separate pricing or may be unavailable. A submitted project request does not reserve stock, confirm delivery or take payment.

Before payment, the supply team confirms the material, quantity, fulfillment plan, freight and tax in an approved checkout link. Review the final total in Stripe before paying. Payment confirmation places the order in the shared fulfillment queue; the team still confirms pickup or delivery timing.

Ask OSW fulfillment about availability, site access, changes, cancellations or return conditions before paying. This page does not establish new refund terms, delivery guarantees or additional fees.
